Artificial Intelligence, along with other innovative technologies is reshaping our world. To understand AI's impact on the Public Services sector, PSTW is conducting an AI readiness survey. This survey seeks insights from those in the public sector across Europe, targeting two main participant groups:
- Public sector employees from municipalities, central, and regional governments
- Public sector employees from public agencies
The aim of the survey is gather these groups' experiences, views, and knowledge regarding AI usage, benefits, challenges, and future prospects like Generative AI in public services.
Insights gathered will shape policies for AI implementation, enhance PSTW's understanding of AI in the public sector, and assist the European Commission with recommendations for public organizations.
