The aim of this collection is to provide all the practitioners in public electronic procurement ("eProcurement") in Europe with a venue to meet and share their experiences and knowledge on public electronic procurement, from tendering to invoicing. This collection also provides a series of interoperable solutions for the management of the eProcurement process, possibly interacting with a large number of diverse applications and facilitating the participation to public procurement, both at European and national level, by actors from all Member States.
