We are honoured to have Siim Sikkut, Managing Partner at Digital Nation, as keynote speaker of the conference. Mr. Sikkut led the digital government area for the state of Estonia for a decade, and has been recognised as one of the 20 most influential people in digital government by the Apolitical-community.
