This version 1.3.0. brings three main differences vs the previous version 1.2.4:
•    The validation checks include the updated requirements that Member States have provided for the EP elections of 2024.
•    The Logging framework library has been replaced.
•    jdk 1.7 is not supported anymore.

This version 1.3.0 is compatible with versions 1.2.3 and 1.2.4: files encrypted with any of those versions can by decrypted by any of the other versions and the other way round.
